Kizuki International LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-unit operations across the Seattle metro area. You will train and develop General Managers, drive guest experiences, and uphold food quality and brand standards.
This growth role requires travel across the region (Tacoma, Lynnwood) and collaboration with the support center on program development. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive $95k–$105k annual salary, plus a performance-based bonus.
Salary Range: $95,000.00 To $105,000.00 Annually

The District Manager leads the success and growth of the business by effectively training, coaching and developing a team of General Managers and store teams.
As a leader of our brand, the District Manager is responsible for the customer and team member experience and focused to deliver exceptional food quality through our system and one house philosophy.
In addition, as we are a growth company, this role will require tremendous cross functional ability in working with the support center in program development and strategic implementation. The programs developed will cover human resources and both restaurant and culinary aspects.
