Kizuki International LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-unit operations across the Seattle metro area. You will train and develop General Managers, drive guest experiences, and uphold food quality and brand standards.

This growth role requires travel across the region (Tacoma, Lynnwood) and collaboration with the support center on program development. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive $95k–$105k annual salary, plus a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to develop and lead General Managers.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Willing to travel throughout the Seattle Metroplex.
• Experience supporting new openings and turnarounds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily multi-unit operations across restaurants.
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers.
• Drive district-level performance through budgeting and cost controls.
• Lead new openings and stabilize underperforming locations.
• Partner with leadership for local marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and food safety.
