Dough Zone Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations across WA-based locations in the Seattle, Bellevue, Lynnwood, Vancouver, and Tacoma areas. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes team development, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

You will drive daily operations, mentor staff, and optimize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong financial acumen with budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
Proven leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Manage scheduling, training, and onboarding; coach and mentor your team.
Uphold high standards for food quality and guest experience; address feedback promptly.
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations; conduct regular inspections and training.
