Job summary

Bobbie is seeking a full-time Interim Director of Creators + Community to lead and scale our brand’s creator and community programs across the US. You will own the Bobbie Besties program, IRL events, influencer partnerships, and the national ambassador program, translating brand strategy into actionable programs.

This maternity leave cover (~8 months) reports to the Marketing Director and Chief Brand Officer, building a team, setting vision, budgets, and standards while partnering with

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creator, influencer, community, or social marketing, with at least 3 years leading a team.
• Proven track record building and scaling creator/influencer programs from early stage to scale.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Fluency in paid social and creator media; partnering with growth teams to drive paid impact.
• Experience producing IRL events or activations from concept to execution.
• Builder mindset: strategic yet hands-on with briefs, events, and programs.
• Data-driven with outcomes-oriented approach, linking community work to growth and retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creator and community function, setting vision and priorities.
• Own Bobbie Besties and influencer partnerships from strategy to execution.
• Build and scale IRL community programming and flagship events.
• Partner cross-functionally to align brand, growth, retail, and product marketing.
• Develop processes for CRM, briefs, approvals, and reporting dashboards.
• Manage agencies and vendors supporting creator, community, and events work.
