Bobbie is seeking a Manager, Growth & Insights to transform consumer, category, and market intelligence into growth opportunities across its Infant Formula and New Ventures portfolio. This full-time, 6-month temporary role sits in San Francisco and partners across Innovation, Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Finance, and external researchers to shape what we build, how we launch, and how we scale.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, rapid ramp-up, and delivering immediate impact

Qualifications

• 6-month temporary assignment covering a planned leave.
• Full-time commitment (40 hours/week) in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Turn consumer, category, and market intelligence into growth opportunities across Bobbie’s Infant Formula and New Ventures portfolio.
• Partner with Innovation, Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Finance, and external research partners to identify unmet consumer needs and size opportunities.
• Develop commercialization strategies and measure launch success across lifecycle stages.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape product strategy, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Maintain and enhance KPIs and dashboards to track brand performance across retail and DTC channels.
• Deliver recurring business reviews and executive reporting with actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and act as the day-to-day liaison for external research agencies and data partners.
