Job summary

Bobbie, a pioneering infant nutrition brand, seeks an Interim Director of Creators + Community to own and scale our creator-led and community programs. You will lead the full creator engine, manage the Besties program, and shape partnerships, events, and influencer activations.

You’ll translate brand strategy into programs that raise awareness, drive growth, and support product launches. This role reports to the Marketing Director and partners across brand, growth, and retail.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creator, influencer, or community marketing.
• Experience leading and developing a marketing team.
• Proven ability to scale creator/influencer programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creator and community function, setting vision and priorities.
• Oversee the Bobbie Besties program, IRL events, and partnerships.
• Manage managers and coordinators, and build scalable processes.
