Bumble is seeking an Interim Associate Director of US Integrated Marketing to lead brand strategy, creative storytelling and cross-channel execution during an 8‑month maternity cover.

You will manage a team of 4 in the US Integrated Marketing function, partner with creative, comms, media and product marketing, and drive campaigns that grow brand relevance and resonance across the US market.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in brand, integrated, or strategic marketing.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's is a plus.
• Proven track record launching multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong leadership experience overseeing channel leads.
• Experience in US market marketing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Creative problem-solving and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
• Experience managing celebrity, talent, influencer, or creator partnerships is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and execution of marketing strategy and integrated go-to-market plans.
• Manage external and internal partners to develop integrated campaigns, brief writing, and performance analysis.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget through effective project management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, PR, Media, Product Marketing, Partnerships and Growth teams.
• Provide leadership to a team of 4 across the US Integrated Marketing function.
• Partner with media agencies for alignment, optimization, and day-to-day management.
• Oversee influencer/creator workstreams and manage agency partnerships.
