• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5 Accounts Payable professionals.
• Oversee full AP cycle: invoices, approvals, payments, reconciliations.
• Review transactions for accuracy, coding, and internal controls.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and resolve payment issues.
• Partner with accounting, finance, and operations to improve workflows.
• Monitor AP activity and identify process improvements.
• Act as working manager involved in daily AP processing and issue resolution.
