Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. invites a senior hardware development engineer to own the characterization of a high-speed interface test-chip program from plan to silicon correlation. You will build the bench, automate measurements, manage uncertainty budgets, and co-author correlation reports with SI and design teams.

Qualifications

• MSEE with 10+ years (or BSEE with 12+ years) in semiconductor characterization or test engineering.
• High-speed time-domain measurement including jitter concepts at multi-GT/s rates.
• Automation for instrument control and data analysis in characterization workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own characterization planning and bench development for high-speed interface test-chip programs.
• Develop measurement infrastructure and automation, plus uncertainty budgeting and reporting.
• Lead cross-disciplinary collaboration and drive sign-off readiness for tape-out.
