Job summary

InTouch Credit Union is seeking a full-time Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Teller in Las Vegas to assist members with ITM transactions and complex requests. The role requires clear communication, a service mindset, and adherence to credit union policies.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma and one year of teller experience, with preferred experience in virtual communication. Must comply with pre-employment drug screening and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of financial institution teller experience.
• Experience communicating via virtual technology preferred.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with NMLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with ITM transactions and provide accurate information.
• Explain services and respond to problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to financial regulations including BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, and USA PATRIOT Act.
• Build strong member relationships and address inquiries with professionalism.
