Qualifications

• Provide exceptional member service via Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).
• Perform teller functions with accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and report suspicious activity per regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of Meritrust products, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve member inquiries and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional service to members via ITMs and handle transactions.
• Accurately perform teller duties with attention to detail and compliance.
