Responsibilities

• Provide essential case management to high-risk clients with safety planning and advocacy.
• Offer short-term psychoeducational counseling to mitigate trauma and set goals.
• Navigate criminal justice, social services, and related systems for clients.
• Assist FJC clients with family court filings and petitions.
• Advocate with police, prosecutors, housing, shelters, and schools.
• Provide emergency assistance such as transportation and vouchers.
• Refer to onsite and offsite partners for legal, social, and mental health services.
• Maintain ongoing follow-up to ensure connection with FJC services.
• Collaborate with onsite partners to streamline service delivery.
• Maintain digital records in the FJC system and submit monthly reports.
