Maxim Healthcare Services in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring an Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to work with individuals with developmental delays and challenging behaviors.

Join a team that offers flexible scheduling (PT and FT), ongoing supervision from a BCBA, and comprehensive benefits. You will deliver one-to-one behavior support, collect data, and assist with daily activities and crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in educational or healthcare setting preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with developmental delays or challenging behaviors preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavior intervention services.
• Assist with daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive, and motor areas.
• Assist with personal care activities (bathing, grooming, meals, dressing).
• Implement and collect data as per the Behavior Support Plan.
