Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking an Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to work with individuals with developmental delays and challenging behaviors in California. The role offers competitive pay and weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities include one-to-one behavioral intervention, supporting daily activities, personal care, and data collection for Behavior Support Plans. Requires HS diploma/GED, CPR/First Aid, TB test and 1 year related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• College coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral sciences or related field preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification for Adult & Children (or willingness to obtain).
• TB test completed within past 90 days (or willing to obtain).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavior intervention services.
• Support daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive and motor areas.
• Assist with personal care activities including bathing, meals, dressing and mobility.
• Implement and collect data on behaviors and goals from the Behavior Support Plan.
