Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to support Intelligence Community customers and to grow partner programs and pursuits in a high-profile account.

The role is based in Annapolis Junction, MD and requires a US citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. You will translate customer requirements into technology solutions and drive growth of national security programs across AWS, collaborating with customers and prime contractors to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
• 5+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with national security executives and mission owners to understand their mission requirements.
• Drive revenue and market share in a defined region.
• Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
• Manage contract negotiations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships.
