Qualifications

Working knowledge of Intelligence Community acquisition and procurement processes across IC offices, agencies, and structures.
Progressive BD, capture, or program leadership experience in intelligence/defense/homeland security mission support.
Demonstrated experience managing growth pipelines and leading opportunity pursuits, including shaping requirements with clients.
Established relationships within the Intelligence Community.
Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills with senior agency staff.

Responsibilities

Own a clear, accurate pipeline in the cleared facility and cloud provider ecosystem.
Own and run gate reviews and pursuit meetings within your domain.
Identify and pursue contract vehicles and commercial agreements to enable scalable growth across markets.
