Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Senior Service Intel Business Developer in Herndon, VA to drive growth in Combatant Command J2 and Intelligence Community accounts. A TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain polygraph are required, with up to 50% travel and a hybrid work arrangement.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape win strategies, and develop proposals and marketing materials to win new business across a broad set of intelligence domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years related experience.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance required and CI POLY eligible.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop growth opportunities leveraging Combatant Command J2's and Service Intelligence networks.
• Provide leadership across the new business capture lifecycle from opportunity identification to post submission phases.
• Develop and implement an integrated growth strategy with clear justification for selecting the company.
• Create campaign plans to win in adjacent markets and align with customer requirements.
• Provide BD opportunities for Intelligence Community accounts.
• Analyze markets for discriminators in CCMD/Service Intelligence markets.
