Key Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. and international trademark prosecution deadlines
• Conduct searches using TESS, Corsearch, SAEGIS, and WIPO databases
• Prepare and file trademark applications, renewals, extensions, and office action responses via TEAS
• Coordinate international trademark applications through WIPO
• Record assignments, name changes, and liens with USPTO
• File procedural documents before TTAB via ESTTA
• Prepare and file UDRP complaints with WIPO and the Forum
• Communicate with clients and foreign counsel regarding prosecution and enforcement
• Investigate infringing use and assist in enforcement
• Generate client reports and support business development

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Trademark Paralegal experience in a law firm or IP setting
• Familiarity with USPTO and WIPO procedures
• Knowledge of TTAB filings and UDRP process
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; IP software experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate preferred
• Certified Paralegal designation is a plus
