Legal Support Specialist – Consumer Communication & Case Management (Remote)
Our client seeks a detail-oriented and adaptable legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong critical thinking and communication skills, particularly when managing consumer-facing interactions via phone, email, and written correspondence. This role requires empathy, problem-solving, and the ability to maintain professionalism while navigating complex situations with ease.
This is a fully remote role. Preference will be given to qualified candidates residing in Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.
Compensation: $30/hr. (DOE)
