• Bachelor's degree with 2 years' experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master's degree or higher with 1 year experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.

• Provide leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
