Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to lead and support teams serving individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism. The role oversees coordination of assessments, Individual Support Plans, and education/skill development for individuals and staff.

The position offers training, career development, and a comprehensive benefits package. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism
• Master’s degree or higher and one (1) year experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs
• Coordinate, develop, and implement individual assessments, Individual Support Plans, and education and skill development for individuals and the support team
