Job summary
Keystone Human Services in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to lead and support teams serving individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism. You will coordinate assessments, develop Individual Support Plans, and oversee education and skill development for individuals and the support team.
Minimum education includes a relevant degree with experience, or a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License; strong communication and computer skills, a valid driver’s license,
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Intermediate computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web systems.
- Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
- Successful completion of pre-employment checks.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to staff within assigned programs.
- Coordinate development and implementation of assessments and support plans.
- Develop and deliver education and skill development for individuals and teams.
- Support the team with planning and program implementation.
