Job summary
Keystone Human Services in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to lead and support teams serving individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism. The role focuses on coordinating, developing, and implementing individual assessments, Individual Support Plans, and education and skill development for individuals and the support team.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 2 years experience or Masters with 1 year in related field.
- PA Behavior Specialist License.
- Strong written and verbal communication; reading and applying information.
- Intermediate computer skills; Word, Excel, Outlook; learn web-based systems.
- Valid drivers license and insured vehicle.
- Pre-employment process including Criminal History and FBI clearances.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to staff and individuals served within assigned programs.
- Coordinate, develop, and implement assessments, IPs, and education/skill development for individuals and the support team.
- Support the program team and contribute to career development and training.
