Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to lead and support teams serving individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism in our Harrisburg area programs.

The role emphasizes coordinating assessments, developing Individual Support Plans, and delivering education and skill development for both individuals and the support team. A strong foundation in collaboration and program improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree or higher and one year experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
• Coordinate, develop, and implement individual assessments and support plans.
• Facilitate education and skill development for individuals and the support team.
• Assist with program development and quality improvement.
