Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full time Program Specialist to join our team in Lancaster, PA. The role provides leadership and support to staff and individuals served, coordinating assessments and Individual Support Plans, and fostering education and skill development for the team.

The position is full time, non-exempt, offering $27.00 per hour with a competitive benefits package and generous PTO, along with extensive training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree or higher and one year experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
• Coordinates, develops, and implements individual assessments and Individual Support Plans.
• Educates and facilitates skill development for individuals and the support team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience with intellectual disabilities or autism

Master’s degree or higher and one year experience with intellectual disabilities or autism

Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License
