• Draft behavior plans and monitor behavior data and psychiatric issues.
• In-service staff about behavioral issues.
• Prepare clinical presentations for HRC, ISP reviews, staff meetings, and IDT meetings.
• Coordinate with psychiatric, psychotherapy, and psycho-sexual services when needed; conduct monthly audits.
