Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience working with the DD population.
  • Ability to document and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Assess consumer functioning using standardized instruments and informal reviews; arrange standardized testing as needed.
  • Report findings and recommendations to the IDT and monitor consumer progress at team meetings.
  • Develop behavioral treatment plans, monitoring plans, and guidelines; provide staff training on plans and data collection.
  • Monitor progress via formal data reviews; prepare semi-annual reports for ISP meetings and IDT.
  • Act as primary advocate for individuals with outside providers; prepare consults including medication considerations when appropriate.
  • Attend monthly IDT and residential staff meetings; maintain required forms and confidentiality per HIPAA.
