Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services in assigned IRA residence.
• Assess consumer functioning using standardized instruments and informal methods.
• Report findings to the IDT and share progress at team meetings.
• Develop behavioral treatment and monitoring plans; train staff on plans.
• Monitor progress via data review and ISP meetings; prepare semi-annual reports.
• Advocate for individuals with outside mental health providers; coordinate consults.
• Attend team and residential staff meetings; obtain informed consent for rights restrictions.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; participate in ongoing supervision.
