Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Behavioral Intervention with OPWDD population.
  • Draft behavior plans and monitor behavior data and psychiatric issues.
  • In-servicing staff about behavioral issues.
  • Coordinate with human rights and service planning processes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate individuals enrolled in all ILA programs.
  • Draft behavior plans and monitor behavior data and psychiatric issues.
  • In-service staff about behavioral issues.
  • Draft sections for assessments and review meetings.
  • Interface with psychiatric, psychotherapy and psycho-sexual services when necessary.
  • Secure required consents for medical treatment and behavior modification plans.
  • Attend meetings as the individuals’ advocate and participate in IDT and HRC processes.
  • Writes sections of assessments and reviews.
  • Coordinate Human Rights information and documentation.
  • Extensive experience in Behavioral Intervention with OPWDD population.
