Qualifications

• Активный, проактивный подход к поддержке мерчантов и решению проблем
• Способность быстро осваивать документацию и рабочие процессы
• Сильные аналитические навыки и умение делать корневой анализ проблем и предлагать remediation

Responsibilities

• Настройка интеграций мерчантов и маршрутизации платежей для PSP, он- и офф-рампов, а также карт
• Выдача API ключей и настройка окружений
• Проверка API запросов и устранение интеграционных проблем с использованием Postman
• Анализ транзакций и выявление причин инцидентов с использованием JSON, SQL и Grafana
• Воспроизведение и локализация багов, эскалация в Engineering по мере необходимости

Utorg builds infrastructure for stablecoin payments, including on- and off-ramps, self-custodial wallets, and crypto cards. Its app serves over 2 million users across 130+ countries, while its B2B payment rails power more than 2,100 platforms. The company is MiCA-authorized across the EEA and PCI DSS Level 2 certified.

Задачи:

• Configure merchant integrations and payment routing for PSPs, on/off-ramps, and cards
• Issue API keys and configure system environments
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integrations using Postman
• Analyze transactions and identify incident root causes using JSON payloads, SQL queries, and Grafana logs
• Replicate and isolate bugs, determine whether they are merchant- or platform-side, and escalate them to Engineering

Требования:

• 1+ Years of experience in L2/L3 technical support, or a solid track record as a Senior Support Agent or Support Manager in FinTech, crypto, or payment processing
• Hands-on experience working with logs and monitoring tools to trace transaction errors and identify root causes
• Understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON structures
• Comfortable using Postman to validate requests
• High attention to detail in technical configurations and logs
• Proactive, self-driven approach to merchant support and problem-solving
• Ability to quickly learn technical documentation and workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and developing clear remediation plans under time constraints
• Fluent English (B2/C1) Ukrainian or Russian language skills, including the ability to write concise incident reports and present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Calm under pressure, accountable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning
