Job summary

Coinspaid Solutions разрабатывает инфраструктуру платежей на базе блокчейна для глобальной экономики. Продукты связывают цифровые активы с реальными финансами и помогают бизнесу и финансовым институтам работать в цифровом пространстве.

Занятие предполагает формирование vision и Roadmap платежных продуктов, ведение инициатив и координацию команд для достижения целей, улучшение конверсии и операционной эффективности. Требуется опыт PM в FinTech и владение английским.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Определять и развивать концепцию продукта Processing и дорожную карту, переводя цели компании и потребности клиентов в приоритеты
• Владеть платежными продуктами и возможностями end-to-end, улучшая конверсию, надежность, стоимость и масштабируемость
• Вести сложные инициативы между доменами продукта и командами, планировать выполнение и выравнивать заинтересованные стороны
• Структурировать неоднозначные задачи, проверять гипотезы данными и операционными данными, предлагать решения через Eng/Design/Operations
• Приоритизировать дорожную карту домена, учитывать ценность клиента, доход и требования регуляторов
• Работать с Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support и коммерческими командами для автоматизации и оптимизации процессов
• Определять метрики успеха, отслеживать платежи и результаты продукта, выявлять узкие места
• Коммуницировать стратегию и прогресс руководству и стейкхолдерам
• Совершенствовать продуктовые практики и наставлять Product Managers

Задачи:

• Define and evolve the Processing product vision and roadmap, translating company goals, customer needs, market developments, and operational constraints into product priorities
• Own payment products and capabilities end to end, improving conversion, reliability, cost, and scalability
• Lead complex initiatives across product domains and teams, building execution plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving delivery
• Structure ambiguous problems, validate hypotheses using data, customer feedback, and operational insights, and define solutions with Engineering, Design, Operations, and other stakeholders
• Prioritize the domain roadmap, balancing customer value, revenue, operational efficiency, technical investments, compliance, and delivery capacity
• Work with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support, and commercial teams to identify processes to automate, redesign, or eliminate through product changes
• Define success metrics, monitor payment performance and product outcomes, and use data to identify bottlenecks and guide prioritization
• Communicate strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and progress to Product leadership, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Improve product practices in the domain and mentor Product Managers

Требования:

• 5+ Years of hands-on Product Management experience, preferably in B2B, FinTech, payments, or financial infrastructure
• Experience owning a complex product area or domain, not only individual features
• Practical payments experience and a strong understanding of payment flows and their operational implications
• Understanding of payment methods and how payment rails affect customer experience, economics, and operations
• Practical understanding of B2B operations and how products interact with Operations, Finance, Support, Compliance, and commercial processes
• Ability to drive complex cross-team or cross-domain initiatives from problem definition through implementation
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, break them into manageable initiatives, and establish clear priorities
• Experience building and managing roadmaps with a 12-24 month planning horizon
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with product and operational metrics
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong ownership mentality, decision-making skills, and ability to resolve dependencies and move initiatives forward independently
• Experience mentoring Product Managers or contributing to product practices beyond the immediate team
• Strong written and spoken English (B2-C1+)
