Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a hands-on interface engineer to design, build, and maintain HL7 v2 / FHIR interfaces between Artemis and external clinical systems across multiple sites in New York.

You will own the lifecycle from interface build through go-live testing, stabilization, and triage, leveraging Mirth Connect or equivalents, with LIS/ASTM, DICOM, and lab analyzer connectivity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Mirth Connect experience (or equivalents: Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Azure FHIR).
• Proficiency with HL7 v2.x message types (ORM, ORU, ADT, SIU) and FHIR R4.
• Medical device integration expertise: LIS/ASTM, DICOM, lab analyzer connectivity.

We are looking for a hands-on technical builder who designs, builds, and maintains the interfaces connecting Artemis to labs, medical devices, and external clinical systems.
