EPAM Systems is seeking an AI SDLC Solutions Consultant to champion AI-driven engineering transformation across the entire SDLC. You will work directly with customers, run demos, and map AI capabilities to delivery speed, quality, and developer productivity.

With a strong technical background and client-facing experience, you will design AI-driven improvements, develop proposals, and track KPIs to quantify impact for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with leading AI tools and platforms to configure and integrate AI into engineering workflows.
• Proven client-facing experience delivering demos, workshops and AI-driven proposals.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, testing and how AI optimizes these processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-sales activities by mapping AI solutions to engineering objectives and developing proposals.
• Conduct demos and proofs-of-concept addressing technical feasibility and expected impact on delivery.
• Maintain relationships with clients to identify opportunities for AI integrations across the SDLC.

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $160,000 - $220,000.
