EPAM Systems seeks an experienced Product Manager / Proxy Product Owner to lead delivery for a life sciences cold-chain IoT platform. You will bridge business stakeholders, product leadership, and a distributed engineering team to ensure a clear vision, prioritized backlog, and successful business outcomes.

You will translate objectives into epics, features, and stories, maintain readiness in Jira/Confluence, and collaborate with UX, QA, and operations to define KPIs and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership for enterprise software or B2B SaaS products.
• At least 3 years in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
• Experience as a client-facing Product Manager/PO with distributed delivery teams.

We are hiring an experienced Product Manager / Proxy Product Owner to lead product delivery for a life sciences cold-chain IoT platform. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, product leadership, and a distributed engineering team, ensuring a clear product vision, well-defined priorities, and successful delivery of business outcomes.The platform consolidates capabilities from multiple legacy solutions into a unified Azure-based ecosystem supporting shipment setup, product and lane management, live monitoring and alerting, investigations and reporting, audit trails, electronic signatures, and release decision workflows.
