Job summary
Arizona Public Service (APS) seeks an Integrated Systems Planning Strategy Senior Analyst/Consultant to bridge technical planning with business leadership. You will craft executive narratives, coordinate across Resource and Transmission Planning, and produce decision-support materials guiding the Integrated System Plan.
Role requires strong communication, advanced PowerPoint/Excel skills and Power BI proficiency, with ability to translate complex data into clear leadership insights and drive
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of related experience in executive communications, business analysis, reporting, project management, strategic planning and/or consulting.
- Or, in lieu of a bachelor's, 9 years of related experience in the same areas.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains executive reporting and decision-support materials.
- Coordinations with multiple stakeholders to gather, document, analyze and communicate information supporting strategic planning.
- Synthesizes planning analyses into executive-level recommendations and decision alternatives.
- Creates visuals and strategic narratives to communicate complex concepts to leadership.
- Supports governance and change-management processes related to the Integrated System Plan.
