Job summary

Arizona Public Service in Phoenix seeks a Business Operations Analyst, Senior/Consultant, to coordinate and support APS Operations unit systems and processes. You will analyze and implement solutions for DER demand response, load shift, curtailment events, and related data reporting for C2GS devices.

The role emphasizes data analytics, process improvement, and project leadership, with strong Excel/Access/Word skills expected. Hybrid work arrangements available.

Qualifications

• BS/BA equivalency or four years relevant work experience in business, information technology or related area.
• AND five (5) years of progressively responsible experience with business unit operations and systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of business processes, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Participates in or leads analysis, planning, and implementation of enhancements to processes and systems.
• Manages reporting and data integrity across business unit and company dashboards.
• Defines project scope, objectives, and requirements through research and benchmarking.
• Leads cross-departmental projects and coordinates activities within business areas.
• Provides operational support including data analysis, problem resolution, and user training.
