Job summary

Arizona Public Service (APS) seeks an experienced Integrated Systems Planning professional to coordinate planning inputs and drive the APS Integrated System Plan. You will lead cross-functional planning efforts, perform scenario analyses, and develop governance materials to support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience as noted.
• Minimum years of strategic planning, business analysis or consulting experience.
• Electric utility industry experience preferred, with planning exposure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection and validation of planning inputs from multiple functions.
• Synthesize cross-functional information to assess impacts on the Integrated System Plan.
• Identify portfolio implications, risks and dependencies for plan execution.
• Lead scenario analyses and sensitivity studies for plan validation.
• Develop and maintain planning tools, dashboards and reporting systems.
