Job summary

Trilogy, Inc. is seeking a Substance Use Services Therapist to deliver integrated dual disorder treatment to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The role emphasizes client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed care and harm-reduction principles.

You will perform assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and manage referrals and linkage to community resources, delivering services both on-site in Chicago and virtually when needed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated dual disorder treatment for adults with co-occurring disorders.
• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain case documentation.
• Coordinate with medical providers and community services to ensure quality care.
• Provide in-person and virtual treatment and linkage to support services.
