Job summary

BJC Independence Center is seeking a licensed clinician or CADC/CRADC to deliver Individual Therapy and Group Education within an Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment program in the St. Louis area.

The role involves on-site work at the Independence Center with some community travel 1–2 times per week and collaboration with ITCD supervisor and peer support specialists. Responsibilities include individual therapy sessions, group education, multidisciplinary meetings, and ongoing treatment plan

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Meet one-on-one with clients for therapy sessions.
• Plans and leads group education and group therapy sessions.
• Lead multi-disciplinary meetings and guide discussions on client progress.
• Complete annual biopsychosocial and ITCD assessments for all clients.
• Create, modify, and review treatment plans for ITCD clients.
• Support ITCD supervisor in monitoring fidelity.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to ITCD team members.
