NEW Community Clinic is seeking an Substance Use Therapist to deliver outpatient counseling for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health needs. The role emphasizes collaboration within an integrated care setting and adherence to regulatory standards.

The candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in crisis stabilization when needed, contributing to patient-centered care in a mission-driven clinic.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current Wisconsin DSPS licensure as LCSW, LPC, APSW, or LPC-IT.
• SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC license.
• Experience providing outpatient therapy and short-term, solution-focused interventions.
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Prefer trauma-informed care knowledge; EMDR/Brainspotting a plus.
• EPIC EMR experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-admission consultation, screening, and intake services.
• Maintain a full-time outpatient therapy caseload.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments including mental health and substance use history.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on recovery goals.
• Provide crisis stabilization support when necessary.
• Document services accurately in EPIC EMR and collaborate with care teams.
• Coordinate referrals to NEWCC services and community resources.
