Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary in Irvine, CA, seeks aTechnical Product Manager to drive Integrated Solutions from concept through deployment. You will own end-to-end requirements, system-level trade-offs, and turnkey integrations with Prism, Nexus and AIRS, coordinating with hardware and software engineers to deliver field-ready configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• All employment contingent upon successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end performance specifications and system-level trade-offs for Integrated Solutions (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS).
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering to leverage radios and modules into turnkey systems.
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated features and turnkey system updates.
• Oversee lifecycle and release schedules for product lines from concept to deployment, and drive customer adoption through sales collaboration.
