Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Manager, Integrated Services Research to lead the execution and reporting of consumer and design research projects across the Integrated Services division. You will act as an SME, consult with global teams, and manage outsourced projects and suppliers, translating insights into business actions.

This leadership role requires 5+ years in market research, strong analytics, and experience in design and service research.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of market research experience with proficiency in sampling, methodology, data structure and advanced analytics.
Experience with design and service/experience research is essential.
Strong ability to translate findings into actionable insights and communicate them clearly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decisions.
Ability to think systemically, strategically and analytically while executing decisively.

Responsibilities

Manage the execution and reporting of consumer and design research projects for Integrated Services.
Serve as an SME on services research and provide guidance to global teams.
Interface with internal clients to understand research priorities and requirements.
Lead design, execution, analysis and reporting of global services and design research projects.
Contribute to an annual research plan and manage supplier relationships and budgets.
