You will translate user needs into data requirements and work with data scientists and stakeholders to drive growth and customer satisfaction across Ford/Lincoln dealer networks.

The role emphasizes scalable data models, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact analytics solutions for decision making and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in data analytics/related occupation.
• Experience with SQL data mining and performance optimization.
• Experience with dashboards using Qlikview, Business Objects, or Cognos.
• Experience with ETL and big data tech (Teradata, Hadoop, or Informatica).
• 3 years of data governance aligned with privacy regulations (CCPA and GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of data products to support analytics within Ford Customer Service Division.
• Translate user needs into actionable data requirements for curated data products.
• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Architect and develop scalable data models and data products using suitable platforms.
• Implement data governance and security models to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Deliver data-driven solutions to support diverse business cases and ensure performance.
