Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing technical and business requirements.
• Experience designing, integrating, implementing, or supporting technology solutions.
• Working knowledge of enterprise technology environments—software, databases, networks, and systems integration.
• Understanding of physical security systems and integrated security environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear technical specifications and designs.
• Proven collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional setting.
• Willingness to work full-time in-person at Prosegur's Lowell, MA location.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements through the solution lifecycle.
• Support integration, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of security and software systems.
• Serve as technical SME for internal teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate technologies and processes for standardization, automation, and AI-driven optimization.
• Coordinate with project managers, software teams, vendors, and operations for project delivery.
• Support integrations between physical security platforms, monitoring, and enterprise apps.
• Participate in testing, validation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis.
• Evaluate platforms and vendors for alignment with business requirements.
• Partner with business development to identify technical requirements and strategies.
• Participate in customer meetings, design reviews, and proposal development.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and customer experience.
• Provide technical guidance and ongoing support for integrated solutions including IMMIX and NICE.
