Job summary

Prosegur is seeking a Senior Security Operations Analyst (Cipher) in Lowell, MA to serve as a senior escalation point within the SOC, monitoring, investigating, and responding to complex cybersecurity threats across client environments.

You will provide advanced security analysis, support incident response, and help develop SOC detection use cases while collaborating with clients and internal teams to strengthen security posture and reporting for compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 4–6+ years in cybersecurity, security operations, or incident response.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and network security controls.
• Strong analytical and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to complex cybersecurity threats and incidents.
• Provide advanced security analysis and support incident response.
• Develop and maintain SOC detection use cases.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to strengthen security operations and reporting for compliance.
• Prepare security reports and support audits and client reviews.
• Maintain incident response procedures and post-incident documentation.
