Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Sr. Project Controls Scheduler to support analytical scheduling for projects and programs across our energy delivery teams. You will develop detailed schedules, baselines and reports to drive on-time execution.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Directors and field teams, leveraging Primavera P6, MS Project and Asset Suite 8 to forecast resources and costs while maintaining schedule integrity across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Technical Field.
• 2–4 years of related experience (3–6 years if no degree).
• Ability to build a schedule from estimates or scope.
• Strong analytical skills and evaluation techniques.
• Proficient in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, Asset Suite 8 and Primavera P6.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to interface with all management levels.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and onsite field locations.
• Ability to handle conflict.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules for Centrally Managed work.
• Create IMS and portfolio views; provide resource loading and utilization.
• Develop standard schedule templates and update work dates.
• Participate in project team meetings including financial forecasting.
• Interface with other departments and promote a high-performance culture.
• Ensure schedules are baselined and updated; track milestones.
• Perform workload and union impact analysis; forecast resources.
• Provide 24/7 on-call scheduling support.
• Participate in field job walkdowns.
