Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking a Sr. Project Controls Scheduler to support Sr. Project Controls Schedulers, PMs and Directors. You will develop status and analyze complex schedules using Primavera P6, Project View, Hyperion and other tools.

You will build IMS views, load resources, and update schedules weekly or monthly while contributing to project closeout and reporting. The role requires collaboration across departments and field teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a technical field.
2–4 years related experience, or 3–6 years if no degree.
Proficiency with Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, Primavera P6.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to interface with all levels of management.
Ability to schedule and facilitate project meetings in office or field.
Willingness to work flexible hours and in field environments.
Ability to handle conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities

Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules to support Centrally Managed work.
Create IMS and portfolio views; provide resource loading and utilization.
Develop standard schedule templates and update work dates as needed.
Participate in project team meetings including financial forecasting.
Interface with departments; promote diversity and inclusion.
Ensure schedules are statused, in service, and closed out on time.
Perform workload and union impact analysis for resources.
Provide 24/7 on-call scheduling support for emergent projects.
Participate in field job walkdowns with stakeholders.
