Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT is seeking an Integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health team member to provide brief 20-30 minute interventions for a broad range of health and behavioral concerns in primary care clinics.

You will work with primary care providers and a team of behavioral health consultants to develop treatment plans and improve access to care in a PCBH model. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm; both full-time and part-time roles considered.

Qualifications

• Education required: LCSW or LCPC; active Montana licensure or ability to obtain before starting.

• Provide brief 20–30 minute interventions for a broad range of health and behavioral concerns in patients of all ages in primary care clinics.
