Job summary

Benefis Health System in Montana seeks an Integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health clinician to provide brief 20-30 minute interventions in primary care clinics, collaborating with primary care providers, a team of behavioral health consultants, and clinical staff.

Responsibilities include using the PCBH model to develop and implement treatment plans, expanding access to behavioral health, and offering on-the-fly consults for providers. LCSW or LCPC licensure (Montana) required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Montana licensure or be eligible to apply before starting employment.
• LCSW or LCPC licensure required (Montana).
• Experience with brief evidence-based interventions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief 20–30 minute interventions in primary care clinics.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and a PCBH team to develop treatment plans.
• Offer on-the-fly consultation and support for clinicians across ages and family needs.
