Job summary

MDG Advertising, Inc. in Boca Raton seeks a Manager, Integrated Media to lead paid social and integrated media strategies for key clients. You will own campaign planning, testing, and AI-enabled reporting, while guiding senior clients and coordinating with creative and analytics teams.

You’ll optimize budgets across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat, leverage programmatic and traditional media where relevant, and contribute to new business pitches with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising/marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of agency media planning and buying experience, with 1+ years mid-level management
• Experience with planning and buying digital media (social and programmatic)
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their capabilities
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat ad platforms; Meta Certified a plus
• Expert knowledge of media fundamentals, including audience development and KPI goals
• Proficient in conversion tracking and measurement tools (pixels, CAPI, UTMs)
• Experience with AI tools for analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

• Develop paid social strategies aligned with objectives for assigned brands.
• Work with client contacts to set goals and KPIs and educate on platforms.
• Build and maintain a testing roadmap with hypotheses and learnings.
• Partner with creative team on strategy and formats based on insights.
• Identify optimization and growth opportunities for client campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end execution of paid social across major platforms.
• Optimize campaigns with targeting, creatives, and budgets.
• Design and run A/B tests and scale winning tactics.
• Own tracking setup including pixels, CAPI, UTMs, and offline conversions.
• Use AI features with guardrails and verify outputs against data.
